Can mom take child without permission?
Divorce not yet filed. Two one way tickets to the Philippines found in her car. Can wife secretly take son to the Philippines without permission? Is that considered kidnapping, or does she have a right to do that? If she doesn't, is it better for me to go to the airport and catch her in the act of attempted kidnapping so that I can win custody of son, or do I let her take him and then charge her with kidnapping?

She cannot do that. Tell the judge if need be and have the judge hold her passport.
