Ok so my mom and I got into a fight and she kicked me out. I'm staying with a friend for right now but i just think my mom needs time to cool off. I am a senior and am pretty smart, got a scholarship to my college next year, SO i will be doing something with my life. I am missing school while I am with my friend. Can my mom legally kick me out? And if so what can I do about school if i dont go because i have no way to get their?

If your mother has legal custody of you, she's legally obligated to support you until you reach age 18.
Frankly, I'd get child protective services involved. If something happens to you, she's legally responsible. If you get in trouble, she's still legally responsible. |
