Confused Safety deposit box in germany

We need to retrieve information about whats in a family saftey deposit box in a german bank. Mother and father divorced and do not get on well and are accusing each other of stealing mine and miy sisters rightful money from said box. How can we get the bank to send us a list of the contents of the box and a list of who if anyone has made any withdrawals from this box.????????????
