Family court issues/ questions: Can a woman simply makeup lies?

Can a woman simply makeup lies and tell the court and the court take action without asking you any questions as to defense yourself?
Can the court proceed with a case and pass judgment if your lawyer did not attend court?
Can the court just double your payment after it was filed without asking you any questions as to defend yourself causing you to be in more deaths?
One more for now: I had to pay school books and I did pay most of the payments directly to the court but they took out the hold amount from my place of employment even when I paid most of the money. When I visited the court they said she may have took the money so the court would not know and that's why they took the hold amount out. I have the receipt with my payments and what steeps should I take?

Obviously normally that should no be happening, but the judge can get ticked at you and do those things.

I would like someone with experience to tell me if i can take action against the family court
I had a good relation with my child until she told the court lies, now i have none
The court's seem to be treating this matter as if i was living with her.
I would like to say more but as you know i cant post in-depth legal stuff here
I lost my home because of payments and now i have to live by my girlfriend and cant even give her the money that i should give her.
This person has done me so much wrong, police at my work place to serve you court orders, now i am not respected as i use to.
More payments building up at the bank, they totally offset-ed my payment arrangements.
Let's say, they put me in jail, she cant get payments from me again, the court dose not support the child, but the court get more points for putting another man in jail, she is now happy without payments from me.
Whats the logic?????????????? here.

There is no logic. Family court is broken and archaic, and people can lie and get away with it, as family court does not recognize or deal in perjury.

The only suggestion is to keep as accurate records as possible and only communicate with her in writing. Don't accept phone calls unless you can record them, and insist that all communication be done via email or some other form of writing.

If neither you or your attorney attended any court hearings, judges rule in default favor of the party that did attend.

Evidence wins cases such as yours. Don't give up. Your children need you.

You can't really successfully take any action against family court. The best you can do is ask your attorney to petition the judge be recused from your case for bias and incompetence.

Thanks for understanding and your advice, you seem to be educated in these matters.
In our country the court only gives favor to women regardless and in my views, this has, and is causing many family crimes and some even leading to murders, this mean any woman can frame any man.
Another thing is we have trainees in the family court handling sensitive information.
I think the family court should give men a hearing, no real questions are ask other than question like how much money you make and where do you work, if they determine you not sure about the children or child then they let you do a test and in my case I had to pay for it and forthwith plus there were absolutely no consultation, a totally one way street..
First you are intimidated by the court’s chair person by telling you how to sit, don’t put you hands on the desk or raise your head, fix your shirt and many more that’s how they get you started.
Having recordings and other forms of information is of no use because men have no say,
I did took an attorney and for some reason he was not there on time and I told the court my attorney is coming, but they proceeded without him.
Even after they are garnishing the amount from my salary which also seem to have many variations, the said person meaning my child mother put-up my daughter to call and say that she needed some money because they had not gotten any money into her mum account, but I could here her mum in the background telling here what to say, that’s how far she would go.
My money seem to be taking care of all her other children that she now have, she seem very desperate.

There must be a way to get the court to be fair to men, I remember on two occasion she miss court or did not come and they actually acted in favor of her but there were a time when I was sick and within a day a warrant was issue for my arrest, I had to ask for the court J.P. to give me an urgent attendance, even when I told the court I was not well they put me on my own bail.
I do have two other children before i meet her, girls with my ex wife and I took care of them in every way that I could because their mother left during their age 2,6 and never returned who lived with my mum, I guess i was trying to get a new mum who could help but this was not so when i found out she was only taking my money, i had a business.
During the early stage of her lies to the court I admit I was frustrated with the court’s actions when she took my other child not from her, from my ex wife away from my mother, she was just over 18, somehow she was able take her away from my mum.
Next thing I herd she got pregnant, I think she allowed all this to take place telling her she was over 18 and can leave my mum's home, she has messed up her life.
Now i keep asking myself are the family court trying to make me into a criminal as if i did something bad.
My girlfriend, my other children, my mun are all family and are now suffering because of this one person and the actions of the family court..
