Default where do I stand, former home

My daughter is 16 years old and still in education, I have a former home with a morgage in both of our names where my daughter lives with her mum, which is my ex. My ex wanted to move away and live in Wales but my daughter will not leave where they live now, so my ex has said she will move her fiance into the house. Where do I stand? can I make her sell the house now? What rights do I have in selling the house or even charging them rent?

Did you have any provisions in your divorce agreement or court order as to what would happen with the home and by what time?

If two or more owners cannot agree on what to do with a piece of property they may petition the court and the court will order a sale or refinancing etc. so that the one or more may get out of the property obligation and/or the other(s) may keep it etc.--it is often done-- (This is true in some cases even for equitable owners that have paid various amounts etc., but for various reasons, may not be on title.)
