Is it too late to file a protective order on my daughters' behalf?
In late January, my 16 year old daughter was kicked out of her father's car at 1:30am. He left her on the street. She was able to call me so I could pick her up. I haven't let him take any of our children since. He has been coming to my house unannounced wanting to see the kids. He refuses to communicate with me regarding the kids. Can I get a protective order against him even though its now May?

Yes you sure can. Frankly it may be a good idea to get this all in front of a judge for all sorts of protective reasons.
