Default Adult children (legal way to remove my drug addict son from home)

Is there a legal way that I can have my 30 year old drug addict son removed from my home. He will not leave on his own.

I wish to inform you that you can give your son a notice to leave the premises. If your son does not leave then you may file an eviction suit for making your son leave the property. After the court passes necessary eviction order your son may be made to leave the property. The status of your son will be that of an unpaid tenant.

You could talk to him with love, or if your son is not ready to leave the house then you definitely could do it against him.

I'm being told that you can remove the person from your residence once you with hand he/she, an statement notarized to the fact that you/she/he, want that person removed from your residence. As long as it contains the states legally required time frame.

Call the police, report presence of his drugs. After he is arrested obtain protection order.

For what? This should be a separate post.

Can you make a separate post with the details? Like court order for what? What are the reasons leading you to want a court order?
