how can one get out of a marriage when the other doesnt want it and i am in a place of a nervous breakdown

I wish to inform you that even if the other party does not want then also divorce can be obtained. In this you can obtain divorce on any recognized grounds of divorce like cruelty which can be adjusted into your situation. Further if one party is unable to live this means that there is most likely mental cruelty and hence this can be made a ground of divorce. In court you will have to show that the acts of the other party has made it impossible for you to live with him and therefore divorce should be granted to you.

Simply file for divorce. Why complicate matters until they give you a nervous breakdown. If someone is making you that stressed out, get away from them.
