I wish to inform you that family laws vary from state to state. However, generally even if your wife has committed adultery then also you may have to give alimony to your wife. Although adultery does not stop the claim for alimony but the court may take into consideration of a spouse before deciding about alimony matters. Your duty to pay alimony is based upon the concept that you are the husband and you may be made to support her by paying alimony if she is not having other financial means to support her.

Same situation her, my wife also has a boyfriend and she confess me about that,face to face .what I hate about her is she keep asking child support and what I'am asking her is to pay half the expenses of our child, like tuition fees ect...
Eventhough she earn more than me, i feel like, she's abusing me, she buy car,shopping and night out w/ her BF... hua.What iam looking for advice is there a law or way stop forcing me to pay, she want me to pay for our child, and i dont want to sue her for adultery coz it might affect my son, he is only 6yrs old and he doesn't know what happen to us now..
