Are there ANY orders? ie child support? Do you have an ongoing relationship with your son, and how old is he? Why would you ever snatch a child away without rational, adult discussion with his current, primary caretaker - mom presumably?
Finally, have you ever been actually established as the father?

I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT U MEAN BY "CURRENT BED WARMER?" I AM THE CHILDS FATHER AND YES MY SON WANTS TO BE WITH ME BECAUSE HIS MOTHER ISNT TREATING HIM RIGHT, SHE WANTS TO PUNISH ME AND MY SON BY NOT LETTING HIM BE WITH ME BECAUSE I WONT "BE" WITH HER. AM I TAKING YOUR REPLY WRONG OR ARE U TRYING TO BE RUDE?

Unfortunately, some people feel the need to add what they consider to be "witty" satirical "quotes" made up on their own, to include in their "signature line". That is what you are reading. It is not directed specifically at you, but rather, to anyone in general who reads those posts whose authors include them in their signature line. It's too bad the forum allows it, but apparently they do.
Simply ignore it. You would have to petition the court for full custody of the child in order to move him from his current state of residence. |

Interestingly OP, you have managed to pretty much ignore all the question I directed at you. Without answers most responses you get (given the little info you've provided) would be of questionable usefullness.
Good luck. (Seriously, doesn't *anyone* know what a siggy is??)
