my 16yo wants me to sign my rights over to her AUNT wich she has been staying with for a few months now.
How do i sign my rights over or is there a better way so my sister-in-law can take care of all her needs?? |

You can create a guardianship or have a court rule on custody.
You do not actually give up your rights. |
