I am seventeen years old and I have a child. My father and I dont get along, i would like to know if i can legally move out of my house without my parents permission.

I believe you can if you and your child is being abused and it's life threatening. Are you underage in your state? If so I think it's best to file a report. You have to be atleast 18 or your considered a run away, as long as your dad doesn't file it. Can you try to work it out for the sake of his grandchild?
