Oklahoma Can Oklahoma DHS interrogate a minor child without a guardian, guardian ad litem, or an attorney being present?

Normally they cannot do that. You have the right to have lawyers intervene or to witness.

The exceptions sometimes exist for serious injury or serious abuse emergency situations.
