legal rights to child?

girlfriend lived with me in Georgia for over a year. While I was at work she up and moved back to Michigan. 1 week later she called and told me she was pregnant. What legal rights do I have to this child?

You can certainly file for visitation once the child is born.

untill you establish paternity, you have no rights. once thats done, you can file for custody/visitation
