idaho law against adultery? is it against the law? what about cohabition while still being married and going thru diviorce? what ground do i have against him?

Most States do not recognize adultery as grounds for divorce. It's difficult to prove and only serves to make an already highly emotional situation worse.

Irreconcilable Differences is usually the grounds for divorce. It's much simpler, costs less, allows people to move on more quickly with their lives, and lessens the emotional content of a divorce. Keeping things going is only detrimental to everyone involved.

It is not against the law for legally separated spouses to live with new mates while going through a divorce.

You sought a reply only to repost it? What is your motivation for doing such a strange thing?

A software filter oddly deleted the post. The original user did not do that.
