i was emancipated at 14 by my mother. which has caused multiple health problems. i am age 39 now. can i sue her?

your mother cannot emancipate you, only a court can, and no court is going to emancipate a 14 yr old who cannot legally work enough hours on a job to fully support herself.

Do you mean abandoned? Your mother cannot emancipate you. You have to petition for that yourself. Did you go to court?

Cause health problems for whom? You or your mother? What sort of health problems? You were 14 when this allegedly took place and 39 now. That's a 25 year difference.
