Can I recover monies that I gave my ex-boyfriend over the course of our relationship?
The monies were given based on the understanding that were going to get married and shortly after he broke up with me. |

No. People spend money on each other during their relationship. They're not given with conditions.
You can try, but it's highly unlikely you will succeed in recovering the money. Chalk it up to a learning experience, let him go, and move on with your life. |
