family court orders

family court orders
my partner(husband in 3 weeks) has court order for his children. it states THE SAID FATHER TO PICK THEM UP AT CONCLUSION OF SCHOOL ON THE DAY PRIOR TO HIS LEAVE FROM WORK....does this mean that he HAS to actually get them from school even tho he's working or am i or his 18 yr old daughter allowed to get them for him.

You normally can get them for him...unless the mother objects and then the court has to clarify.
