Default LEGAL INTERPRETATION OF ADOPTION

WHAT IS THE LEGAL INTERPRETATION OF ADOPTION OF A CHILD. CAN I ADOPT MY OWN CHILD WHEN MY NAME AS A FATHER APPEARS IN THE BIRTH CERFICATE OF MY CHILD? IS IT FAIR FOR THE COMPANY TO REQUIRE MALE SINGLE PARENT TO PRODUCE AN ADOPTION CERIFICATE IN ORDER TO BE ALLOCATED COMPANY HOUSE WHEREARES A FEMALE SINGLE PARENT IS REQUIRED TO PRODUCE A ONLY BIRTH CERIFICATE OF A CHILD TO BE ALLOCATED A COMPANY HOUSE?

If you are the established legal father, you do not have to adopt your own child nor do you have to do so.

"Fair" is only a word my friend. There is no "fairness" in the games played between men and women in court. And there is no "fairness" in legal matters. Get that word right out of your vocabulary.

not a lawyer above posting I assume

it would seem fairness IS supposed to be part of the family law system--but not relevant to this question anyway

Ask any attorney if fairness is brought into the courtroom and he/she'll laugh in your face.

Adults don't really see the world like that do they? Aren't children the only ones who still believe that things are supposed to be fair?

The OP stated clearly in his/her post,, "is it FAIR for the company,,,,," Re-read for edification. If a question is asked, it's relevant.

I assume lawyers don't post FREE advice on a worldwide forum.
