British columbia. What can I do if my ex will not abide by the court order? I am supposed to have access every Saturday. Still he is not allowing me to see our 4 year old son.

You can go back and tell the court. If he does not follow the court's order he can be jailed, fined, punished etc.

File with the court a motion to enforce, and a motion for contempt. The more the offending parent winds up being brought to court, the sooner they wise up and start comporting themselves as adults. Court is costly and time consuming and the offending parent sees it as an annoyance. But bad behavior needs to have consequences.
