I confided several issues to my mother. She told my brother who is now trying to sue me for elderly mental abuse. What constitutes mental abuse.

There is no one answer for that. It depends on the facts, situation etc.
And there is a civil law context and a criminal law context. We would need more of the story or you can email the lawyers privately here to discuss as well if you prefer. |
