ex wife took funds
i would like to know what or if i can do anything about ...i borrowed 1500 dollars out of my 401k to pay all the bills so my wife and i could start out fresh when the divorce was final i signed the back of the check she took it and put pay to the order of and her signature and deposited it into her check account and has yet to pay any of the bills with the money wondering what can be done

You can hold her in contempt of court if the court had ordered her to pay those bills with the funds. Or you can sue her in small claims court.
