Unhappy can i get rid of my husband stuff that remains in the house?
i live in north carolina.

i am married. my husband left me and has not returned to our home in 6 weeks. is it legal to get rid of his stuff that remains in the house?

No. You cannot get rid of his possessions.

If his name is on the deed or the mortgage, it would be especially unwise to dispose of his possessions.
