My son turned 18 in 2008. He graduated last month from high school. His father has full legal and physical custody. Can I take him to a doctor even if his father says no?

Your son is a legal adult, and the decision of going to the doctor rests with him. In other words, he has every right to seek medical attention as he deems appropriate. Hope things work out for both of you. AJJ
