my sons ex fell pregnant,says his the dad.my young fella is already in a relationship,has a 1 yo daughter and another on the way[3mths].obviously we r in oz.nsw ..he dont need this! his an out of work tradie,with the current economic climate and all none of us need this!! What we need is advise about dna testing;can we insist on one.....,who pays,anything in general on the subject would b very appreciated.We hope someone can provide us with info. free of charge.thank you for taking the time to read.Have a good life.

Yes you can insist on a test and you will have to pay but he costs are not that high compared to a lifetime of paying on a child that may not be his!
