Exclamation Advise about DNA testing

My sons ex fell pregnant, says his the dad.my young fella is already in a relationship, has a 1 yo daughter and another on the way[3mths]. Obviously we r in oz.nsw... he dont need this! his an out of work tradie, with the current economic climate and all none of us need this!! What we need is advise about dna testing; can we insist on one....., who pays, anything in general on the subject would b very appreciated. We hope someone can provide us with info. Free of charge. Yes you can insist on a test and you will have to pay but he costs are not that high compared to a lifetime of paying on a child that may not be his!
