Maureen Moccio Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2006 Posts: 1	Living Trust My mother had a living trust drawn up and now she wants to change something in it. Does she need to go to a lawyer or can she state her wishes on paper and then have it notorized? She is on a fixed income and would not be able to afford another fee. Thank You, Maureen
