Angry unconted divorce

i need a divorce right away. i have not been or seen my wife in 17 years

You can still divorce. The court will have you publish the divorce in the newspaper or other locations and you can proceed.

You will have to swear you do not know where she is, and cannot find her, and so cannot serve her court papers.
