Question PARAMOUR CIVIL SUIT

Is it possible to sue the paramour? My husband had an affair and the other woman knew he was married. We are healing and rebuilding and I cannot seem to get passed the legal aspect. Alienation of affection, criminal conversation?....I just want to take her to court, win or loose. The anguish she caused me was criminal!

The acts were commited in Florida and New Jersey. Is there any advice you can give me?

It is very hard to do so these days unless another criminal act is involved like trespass, fraud etc.

Thank you for your response.
I find it too difficult to accept. People can conjure up law suits for spilling their own coffee on their laps. I'm in anguish over here and I can do nothing. We paid her money to rent a room in her house. How about the IRS.

Note these two articles below that I see WLD has on their site as well. Frankly however as the other poster noted, such suits are very hard to bring and win. The courts would be overwhelmed if all of those issues ended up in litigation. And for better or worse times have changed.
