confused mother
my daughter was in a car accident over a year ago with a kid that never reported it or got my daughter help she had neck injury and brusied all over. she didn't even tell me for days. the car was totalled when i found out i took her to hospital and called a lawyer she was mad not wanting to give me any thing to get other kid in trouble. the lawyer ended up sueing my car insurance for medical bills. now they are ready to settle and my child wants the money it about 2,000 / 3,000 do i have to give it to her legally?
