Confused Living together in Scotland. What rights do we have?

scotland
living with partner for 3 yrs. have 5 yr old daughter together. i was unable to go on mortgage at the time of purchase. now we splitting up and he says i have to leave not him, our daughter has just started school, what rights do we have?
