Default What is the correct form to file to respond to a restraining order?

I was never served TRO papers in CA. I did not know of a hearing. Then the "protected" person contacted me and we spent time together for about 2 1/2 months. They told me they had a restraining order and that they where keeping the papers in case they ever had to serve me. Well we had a falling out then they had the cops serve me with the regular restraining order papers. I heard there was a "notice of motion to show cause", a "notice of motion to reconsider", and a " notice of motion to set aside. What is the correct form in CA? And how does it apply to me by the information I provided you? I think the person said they are afraid of me is how they got it but I don't know. Please help as much as possible.
