Default Stressed! Can my exhusband legally kick us out without notice?
CA: I have been living with my exhusband and our children in his home for four and a half years, can he legally kick us out without notice?

No he cannot--once you are living there he has to evict you in court.

The police will escort you into the house if he is threatening you or blocks you in any way.

World Law's lawyers could also probably intervene and help resolve this if need be. You may email them on the home page.
