Default EMERGANCY!!!!!!

I have the motion to go to court December 9th to
1st) he wants to be reconized the father and
2) access rights every weekend we re contesting weekends and want a trial to only give hin supervised every second week but before the trial can judge give him access or does he wait until all the evidence is rendered before reaching verdict.?
he hasent seen his daughter in 3 years and for 5 months emotional abuse and inconsistant contact CPS involved will testify against him

1) He should be recognized as the father. You'll just look stupid if you fight this, so don't.
2) The judge will make a determination at the hearing regarding his visitation. The judge could, upon motion of the father, grant temporary visitation up to the time of the hearing (assuming their is not a visitation order in place). I doubt the court would do this, as it would require actual effort on their part. Easier for them to just leave things as they are until the hearing.

okay so they could even though we are contesting? no we are not contesting his being on the birth certificte just the access? like i said it's CPS recomendation as well as her doctor and clsc or social worker tht want to say deny access? but untill then he could but at the same time he could say no till trial so it's 50/50? I won't let him have her christmas shes never been ALONE with him and Im scared to leave him alone with her thisman abused me and her assaulted me when i was pregnant....!!!! and threatened to kidnap or hurt her.
