I AM REPOSTING SO YOU CAN SEE MORE HOMES AND AMOUNTS EACH SOLD FOR. The reason I am doing this is in hopes that the Blackwell's have to face what they've done and are NOT allowed to build anymore. You all know by reading that they weren't licensed contractors at the time nor the business they were working out of Blackwell and Blackwell Construction and legal or licensed business. Which means they've committed fraud, false misrepresentation, falsification of documents ultimately signing hundreds into illegal loans. They were given permits for all of the homes, businesses, apartments, etc listed (illegally). Again, in TN the law stated a person couldn't contract to build anything in EXCESS of $25,000. If they did it's a class C misdemeanor. Okay, figure the total for yourselves. The Blackwells built hundreds of homes illegally and falsified many documents, because they weren't authorized legally to sign any loan or closing papers. So PLEASE tell me why the city of Clarksville and the state of TN is Still allowing them to build. Eric builds under WE Blackwell Homes and Chris builds under C Blackwell Construction. Many of the homes listed below are in Arbour Green area. Yes, I took my time and found this on the internet to share with you. The dumbest person alive should know this constitutes multiple felonies. PLUS, this isn't all of the homes they built during the time frame of August 2008 when Eric FINALLY was licensed. This is something FBI and other agencies should look into to figure out why the Blackwell's are allowed to get away with this. I told you, I will fight this until I die. I deserve justice. I've fought long and hard and won't stop! This is several million dollars woth of homes built. IT SHOULD BE CLEAR CUT FELONIES. My life has been really affected by this. It's really sad the state attorney general knows, because I contacted him 3 x, but I wonder did he know they built this much AND remember this isn't all of the homes, this is some for 06. They weren't licensed before that and up to August 2008. This info can be found in the city of Clarksville books.

I've read two posts about Blackwell and Blackwell Construction so far and I'm glad to hear that someone agrees with me about this company. I do not know Eric Blackwell or his father but I do know Chris Blackwell who now runs C Blackwell Construction. We did not buy a home from them (Thank God!) but my husband did work for him for about two years. Not only is Chris a poor business man but he treats his employees with complete and utter disrespect. They don't get paid for overtime, they don't get pay check stubs, and he's never on time with W2 (as of which the IRS is being contacted for). He also works them like slaves and yells, berates, and curses them. He's a rude man and has a lack of morals. If someone gets hurt on the job site he tells them not to file workers' comp and if they try to he will fire them. I'm sure not having his license isn't the only thing he is doing illegal. He jips his employees out of their hard earned money and when confronted about it he promises to take care of it (which he never does) or blames it on his wife. His business should be shut down permenantly!

Thanks for your response and you are right. I still believe that one day someone in the City of Clarksville and the State of TN will do the right thing concerning the Blackwell's. Right now the Blackwells do what they want to do.

This home is on the books as lot 352 it's on S. Cindy Jo Dr, Clarksville TN. Be careful they don't patch it up as being in good condition, because it's not. It is not only built defectively, but it has structural damage as well.

Although all of the evidence shows/ed the many crimes the Blackwell's committed; they received millions in the process of ripping off many, yet nothing happened to them and in the process of it all I am left suffering the effects. Trying to find a new place to live and because of all of this my credit is messed up, it's very hard. I tried communicating with a realtor, but they won't even respond to me. I guess I shouldn't be surprised by this. I'm praying someone help me find a something soon! I found out through all of this, no matter the good you do in this world, people who have lots of money can get away with things they shouldn't be able to AND people stick together to do wrong, but they forget they have daughters, mothers, sisters, etc..etc.. and wrong eventually catches up to you in some form or another. What you do, what you go along with, or what you let willfully get by that's wrong, will come back sooner or later. That's why through my journey I am still here and although it's been very difficult I still stand with my head up.

I got a letter from USAA stating they have taken their name and logo off of my loan and it has been completely sold to PHH. I called and wrote them. I said just because they took their name off of it and sold it doesn't mean what happened didn't happen. I told them they still made a fraudulent transaction of $60,000 plus to the Blackwell's under a business name that wasn't a legal name or legal license business, plus on top of it they weren't licensed although they portrayed themselves as such. I said the loan was illegal and when they found out they did nothing. They didn't go after them, but they (USAA) ruined my life.

Then I got a letter saying PHH won't come after me for the balance nor will they take me to court. I contacted them and told them what was that supposed to mean to me, because I wanted them to take me to court. The reason they aren't because they know they don't have anything to bring against me. I called them and they said it's in the file that they wouldn't pursue me. I told them that didn't help me at all and they weren't doing me any favor. I asked for them to clear up my credit, they claimed to be sending it up higher but I haven't heard from anyone. I contacted them again and they said the same thing again.

To add salt to my wounds previously VA told me that they wouldn't approve Chris or Eric Blackwell as builders anymore. Last week I went on the VA website and who do I see? Both of them under their new business names on the site as approved VA builders. That is a major disappointment and now I am on the quest of getting them completely off of the VA site and NEVER allowed to be in the VA system. I don't care what it takes. They don't deserve to EVER be in the position to do what they done to me; to be done to another veteran like me or any other person. Please help me in this quest.

Anyways; I was going to write some things, but I won't say too much right now. I will only say this; time reveals and prevails. It's a long time coming, but it's coming! Just because a person THINK they've gotten over, doesn't mean they've GOTTEN by!

I don't understand why the TN Attorney General never helped me when he knows the Blackwell's have committed millions in fraud. I asked for help three times and three times he said he didn't get involve in issues such as mine. Funny thing is it's plastered all over the news that he's involved with people getting money who went into foreclosure during a certain time frame that dealt with certain banks. I guess USAA completing a fraudulent transaction with fraudulent people (Blackwell's) initiating a illegal loan doesn't constitute the fact I needed help. Wow! I guess they help who they choose to help. Oh by the way USAA told me recently (two times) they still won't help me and they will continue to stand on their decision that the builders were VA approved. They keep saying this when I've told them a rmillion times they weren't VA approved.(not only ween't they VA approved; they weren't licensed as contractors or as a business at that time WHAT THEY WERE DOING WAS COMMITTING FRAUD 100%). They weren't even listed on the VA site as approved it was their father's business who was called Blackwell Construction when he was in the business. USAA still won't change their decision when they're decision is based on something completely false and they know it's false. WHY WON'T THE ATTORNEY GENERAL DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT??? People get charged all the time for crimes committed many many years ago and I won't give up until justice is served.
