West Virginia- I have pics of my son with my boyfriends children playing in the backyard as my profile picture on a social website. Their mother says that if I don't take them off she is going to file harrassments charges against me. Can she do this?
They haven't been to court for any type of custody agreement. They do live with her half the time and with him half the time. They have never been married. The problem isn't with me having the pictures of the kids, its that were are happy and she just can't seem to move on. She justs wants to cause trouble and play games. I'm going crazy because I don't know what to do! Last edited by bnc; Oct 31st, 2008 at 08:52 AM. |

Normally, no she can't file charges against you for harassment. Now if she is the primary custodial parent and she request that her kids be removed from that social website then I would say remove the kids from the social website.
