Alienation of affection lawyer needed.
My husband came home one day & said that he "no longer loved me, wanted a divorce & by the way he was going to start dating real soon." He has been screwing this woman fro 2 years.
They work together & he told me there was a "no dating policy" amoung co-workers. Guess there's nothing in the SOP's about screwing. I would like to find a lawyer in the Madison county Illinois area. Please respond. He was removed by the Madison county sheriff's department for domestic violence 26 days after he told me he wanted a divorce. I found photos & e-mails of them. |

Unfortunatelt it is very difficult to ever sue for that these days even in IL.
Most courts will not give any damages and most lawyers will not take it. Been there!! |
