Notice of Revocation of Petition for Summary Dissoluton
California. My husband & I have a Status Conference next week. We are suppose to have signed up for ADR because this divorce has been dragging on and we aren't cooperating. Can I file a Notice of Revocation of Petition for Summary Dissolution? Would that basically cancel the divorce, at least for now? Things are a HUGE mess and I want to stop (it has been one big mistrial!) and catch my breath, then start fresh using collaborative law.
