Default International dilemma

Alberta Canada, recently i was held for charges pending in a foreign country and am being held in a half way house until things are finalized and my fate determined weather I will be deported or not. I am a business owner and am in this country on a work visa in the mean time I have been in here for 5 weeks my mother decided to try to take my 13 year old son away from me and back to canada. I am still waiting for my name to be cleared and proven innocent of boggas charges, can she do this and what are my rights in all of this.Do I have any voice at all in this even though Im being held. I am innocent and it will soon be proven.
