I have been subpoenaed to be a witness in an ongoing domestic violance case. I am friends with both parties. Am I obligated or should I tell the other party (plaintiff) that I have been subpoenaed by the others (defendant) attorny? I was a witness to an incident at my home on New Years Eve, the plaintill lied on the restarining order and the defendants attorny has already interviewed me via phone.
Thank you |

You can let all sides know yes; but the lawywers had to send notice to the other side as well.
