My husband is going to take over his father's business when he retires and he's wanting to know if their is a way he can protect it if we get a divorce. We are in Florida what is our options

You can do a prenuptial type property agreement (even while married) that you both agree it is and will remain his separate property.
You both need legal counsel if you do that. |
