I'm married and just set a hearing for trial for a modification of the PP and CS review. My wife and I were both previously married, and she is also going through litigation via contested custody modification, etc. My question is, opposing counsel in her case came up to opposing counsel in my case this morning and wanted to know what was going on. Since both parties have put forth witness statements for the cause of their case (my wife agaist my ex, and my ex against my wife, etc) I wanted to know if this other attorney was illegally fishing for information. Any comments you have will be greatly appreciated.
