I want to know who my biological father is
My mom was married when she had me but the man was not my biological father. They divorced and one of her friends adopted me. I recently found out who my real biological father is supposed to be. He denied that he was my father. He said his father cheated on his mom and he is my father. However, this man, his father died earlier this week. He is an attorney and I asked him would he consent to a dna test and he hesitated then said yes, he would do it at his office in a week. Do I need a lawyer?

okay where is your mother now???have you asked her about all of this..why did she let her friends adopt you???I dont think you need a lawyer but you do need some answers so good luck.
