Filing Temporary Injuction against adult siblings
I have my daugther in couseling she has been through so much. In fact we all have (including the 2 step daughters I am filing a temporary injuction on for purposes of the emotional trama they put their little sister through) I want them to seek couseling to understand how their actions have just crushed their little sister.
As my daughter put it: "They interrogated me asking me questions wanting me to say a lie and I wouldn't. Then they told me to tell you daddy doesn't drink anymore and he does allot mommy! I'm just a little kid I shouldn't have to deal with this. They also took the money I had left over and told me to tell you they had bought me clothes that they were going to tkae me shopping"
I felt so sorry for her she truly loves her sisters; but right now she does not want to talk to them. She has aknowledged what they did was wrong. I asked my daughter if she would like to talk to someone and she said that she thought that would be a good idea therefore I've contacted a wonderful Couselor and we are going until we get her emotional health where she feels good about her self and or course have the professional to help me as a mother to support her and do the right things. My question is can I file the temp. injunction without an attorney.
