Confused HELP!!! EX PARTE PROTECTION ORDER on my 2 yr old son?????

My ex husband has put a protection order on my son. He believes my former boyfriend is a threat to him. My boyfriend is no threat to anyone. We sometimes argue but thats it. He has never hit me or my son!!! My ex had filed this with incidents that were not true. I never filed a police report and there were never any physical injuries.
My question is how can this hold up in court? It is basically all heresay with no hard evidence. No police reports. No medical reports. No harrassment?
He is also trying to file for full custody? Can this happen?? and how???

i need advice!!!

Exclamation Re: HELP!!! EX PARTE PROTECTION ORDER on my 2 yr old son?????

You know what, ask some "stand up" people like friends,co-workers that know you and your b/f to write out an affidavit and get it notarized. That's the best thing you can do because then you have people swearing on your behalf that your boyfriend is a nice harmless guy who would never hurt you or your son.

Do what kailwatts says but also if he doesnt have any evidence then they will probably drop the order..as far as the custody goes they will go in the best interest of your son.

He can always file a motion for custody at anytime. The other incidents you are mentioning, he would need proof to make his argument.
