Go to your local county court house. They likely have a facilitator who can guide you through the process. And yes, you can file contempt charges. The court will likely not find him in contempt, but you will probably get more time with your children. And finally, why don't you move closer to your children and be able to spend time with them in their activities?

You could actually go down and apply for legal aid,and if you go to court they two oldest are old enough to choose who they wanna live with..if they choose you then you would probably get all three of them b/c courts really dont like to split siblings up if at all possible..he cant change the visitation order just b/c he feels like it anyway,he has a new wife,so why cant you have your kids around someone you are gonna marry, that wouldnt even hold up for him in court..
