I do not know wether you can help or not.
I live in the United Kingdom and My husband recentllt told me that he wanted to get a vasectomy, I have recently found out that he has arranged an appointment with his GP to discuss the matter. Yet as far as discussing the matter with me all he will say on the subject is that he wants the vasectomy. A friend of mine said that i can stop him having a vasectomy as it is within my legal rights to be able to reproduce as a wife. what i would like to know is, Can i legally stop my husband having a vasectomy and if so how would i go about stopping him having a vasectomy. Many thanks in advance Anonymous Wife |

You can divorce him over that but normally cannot stop him from doing it.
