my son had a relationship with this older women when he was fifteen. By the time he was 17 he had two kids with this women this women was at the time 15 years older then him. My son went to jail for two years and then release. She has alson been married twice before and has kids by these marriages. So in total she has six kids. Their is four different fathers. And my son is now working part time and going to college. While my son was in jail this women had a relationship with one our cousin and had another kid by the cousin. He was of legal age but he was elven years younger. Over the years the only contact we have had was over the net. She won't let us visit the kids. I know the general area and state she lives in which is north carolina . We live in South Carolina. He does send child support to a post office boxs that I received from the IRS. Thats how I found out what town and state she lives in. I need to know how I can take her to court. So my son can visit the kids and our family. Can you please let me know what kind of attonery I need to see. Or what can I do to take her to court. I feel she is unfit mother and a child molester. please help.
