Let me just say first that this is simply for advice to get a case DROPPED
I do NOT want to file ANY charges. I filed a documentation on my campus at school in reference to my boyfriend whom I had broken up with about a week ago. He is not a threatening or dangerous person nor was he ever a threat to me but I did mention in the report one time in particular that, he was slightly inebriated (he is of legal age), excessively loud and aggressive but did NOT hit me or engage in any negative physical contact of any kind. Now I find out that the campus has forwarded it to domestic violence which was NOT my intention NOR would I like to have it go this far. I want to drop all charges, what can I do to expedite the drop before the court date? I feel terrible over what has happened, it was never my intention for anything other than documentation to take place, I did NOT want any legal action or charges to be filed NOR do I want this to go to court or to press charges. What can I do ! about this terrible mess? |
