Default minor kicked out.

my father and i had a falling out recently; i am 16 years old and i was living in frederick maryland with my father until i had gotten suspended on the last day of school. we had a physical episode and he kicked me out of the house. i know it was illegal for him to kick me out but i want to know how severe the punishment could be if i found it worth my while to prosecute. i wanna know if it would be worth my time to prosecute his sorry ass.

You may want to first go to social services and have them intervene. You are correct that he really cannot make you leave unless he has a court order/approval; he is still responsible.
